Hey friends. A lot has changed the last few weeks, and I just wanted to take a minute to send you all my love. Like many of you, we had some big plans for spring and summer, and we got ahead on the podcast, but life happens and things shift. So, we're taking the next few months to create new, timely podcasts for you that hopefully make your days a little brighter. Starting Monday, I'm speaking with my good friend, The New York Times best-selling author, James Nestor. James is a previous guest, and he's the author of the book, Deep, which is about free diving. He has a brand new book out. It's called Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art, and it comes out this May. So, we're talking with James about the science behind breath work, why it works, and what modalities you can use right now to stay healthier, calmer, and to just feel better. After Monday's show, our episodes will be about art, music, humor, creativity, staying inspired while staying inside, and we're highlighting stories about how people are building community in these uncertain times. We just want to bring you helpful tips and moments of joy. I mean, we could all use a little more joy right now. So with that, I'm sending you all a giant virtual hug. Take care, and tune in to our next episode.
